After three years of living together in college, we'd had enough of the appliances crowding our counter space, from a slushie machine to a toaster. Our kitchen was full of products that were hard to use, hard to clean, and didn't earn the room they took up. So we set out to rethink the kitchen by paying attention to the little problems: space, ease of cleaning, and everyday practicality.
